3. Account Creation and Authentication

State App uses Firebase Authentication and supports only Google and Apple ID login methods. No other form of registration (e.g., email/password, social media, or anonymous accounts) is supported.

By signing in through Google or Apple, you authorize us to access the basic profile information they provide, such as:

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Profile picture (if available)

We do not request access to any other personal data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Platform (e.g., Firebase for authentication, analytics, hosting), under confidentiality agreements.
  • For legal reasons, such as responding to a court order, subpoena, or government request.
  • To prevent harm, fraud, or abuse if we believe it is necessary to protect our users or the public.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • Use of Firebase’s secure cloud infrastructure

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

  • Delete your account, however, content created by you will remain on the platform, under your name
  • Object to certain types of processing
