Delete Your Account – State App
At State App, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
This page explains the process and what happens when you request deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at contact@stateapp.net using the same email linked to your State App account (Google or Apple ID).
- Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request – State App.
- We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account details (Google/Apple ID, profile name, profile image).
- Any associated metadata (device identifiers, analytics data).
What Data Will Be Retained
- Posts, comments, or other content you created will remain on the platform to preserve community discussions, but will continue to display under your name.
- We may retain minimal records if required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, security logs).
